What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the manufacturer and the product. Tell us the categories and estimated volume and we will confirm the minimum for each item in the quote.
Can I buy products from several brands in one order?
Yes, that is the point of Tropic Valleys: one commercial contact for several brands. Consolidating into a single shipment depends on each product’s temperature and logistics; we review it with you.
Is private label possible?
Private label is possible depending on each manufacturer’s capabilities. Tell us the product, market and volume and we will tell you what is feasible.
Does the labeling meet my country’s requirements?
Labeling and registration requirements (for example, FDA in the United States) are reviewed by product and destination before quoting. We don’t assume any requirement is met without the manufacturer’s documents.
Can I request samples?
Yes. We have already sent samples to the United States, Canada, the Bahamas and Spain. Tell us which products you’re interested in and we’ll arrange the shipment.
What are the payment terms and documents?
Payment terms and export documents are agreed in the commercial proposal for each order, based on the product, destination and Incoterm.
